Adding Title Images and Flags

You can change the appearance of your topics by adding an image to your title or flags next to the title. Flags appear next to topic titles on topic pages and on the table of contents page in the HTML Help systems. Flags are short pieces of information like new in version x or Advanced User. In addition, you can use an image or a link to another topic as flag.

  1. In the Title Image box, open the Image Editor.
  2. In the Edit Image box all images (.bmp, .gif, .png and .jpg files) that Doc-O-Matic detects on the Image Path appear.
  3. In the output your title image appears in front of the topic title.
  1. Click the Topic Properties arrow, to see the Topic Properties.
  2. In the Flags box, type the text for your flag. Flags can consist of one word or short phrases.
  3. To add several flags, insert a comma between the two entries.

You can use flags to create reports, filters in Help2 and as indicator images in navigation tables. For details, see Creating Reports, Help 2 Filters and Replacing Images.
