Doc-O-Matic 10
Topics

In Doc-O-Matic your project is divided into small units called topics. Each topic has a unique topic ID. There are two types of topics in Doc-O-Matic symbol topics and generic topics.

  • A symbol topic is the documentation of a symbol. For information about how symbol topic IDs are created, see Symbol Topic IDs.
  • A generic topic is a topic that does not describe code but "stands alone".

The following sections describe how you create topics.

On the Miscellaneous Application Option page you can issue warnings if there are duplicate topics in your project. If you have duplicate topics in your project only one topic appears in your documentation.
