index A listing of keywords and associated data that point to the location of more comprehensive information, such as topics. In Doc-O-Matic used for print indexes and index panes in HTML Help and Windows Help. 

print index Index pages that Doc-O-Matic automatically adds to the output formats. 

prefix To add characters at the beginning of a word or a filename.
