You can use the Filter in the Content Manager and the QA View to reduce the number of shown symbols or topics. 

In the Topic ID Picker and the Find Topic command in the Content Manager you can use a topic title and topic ID filter, to find a topic.

  1. Click Add to create a new filter.
  2. Click the Filter arrow and select one of your filters.
  3. Click Edit to edit the selected filter.
  4. Click Del to delete the selected filter.
  5. Right-click, and then select Hide, to hide the filter in the active view.
