In Doc-O-Matic you can easily change the output language for your documentation by switching the output language to French, German, Japanese or Korean as described below..

  • To create output formats using another character set than the ANSI character set, you need to change the character set.
  1. On the Project, tab, in the Tools group, click More , and then click Switch Output Language.
  2. Select one of the listed output languages.

  1. On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Settings .
  2. Click a HTML Configuration tab.
  3. Select Files & Format > Output Options > Encoding.
  4. In the Encoding box, select your character set.
  5. Make sure you format all Formatting Elements using fonts that can display your character set.
  6. When you use a script that is written from right to left, select right to left in the Direction box in the Element Editor for all Formatting Elements.

  5. Make sure you format all Formatting Elements using fonts that can display your character set. You can overwrite the default character set setting for each Formatting Element in the Element Editor.
  6. On the Files & Format > Page Layout > Formatting > Font Mapping page make sure that the fonts that Doc-O-Matic automatically maps to can be displayed by your version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader. If your font does not appear correctly using PDF standard fonts, try the embed this font or reference this font setting.
