General Options

To specify a version number for each topic, type the version number in the Version Specific box in the Topic Properties.
You can type one of the following:
- =3.1.1.1, to export the topic only to projects with matching version numbers.
- +3.1, to export the topic also to all projects later than version 3.1.
- -3.1, to export the topic also to all projects earlier than version 3.1.
To specify a version number for your project, enter a version number on the [General Settings]General page.
To mark a topic as unfinished select the Unfinished check box in the Topic Properties.

Terms

export version check A Doc-O-Matic feature that ensures that only topics with a matching version number are exported.

unfinished topics In Doc-O-Matic topics that the user marks as unfinished. Unfinished topics can be excluded from the output.
