Unfinished and Version Specific Tag

You can use the unfinished and version specific topic properties to mark topics and set export criteria in your documentation. Marking a topic unfinished you can change its documentation status. Unfinished topics are displayed grey in the QA view.

To attach version information to your project

Select [General Settings]General.
In the Project Version box, select a major and minor version numbers.

To export only accurate topics

Click the corresponding Configuration tab.
Select AutoDocVersion Checks.
Select the Export topics with matching version information only check box. In this case all topics without attached version numbers and topics with matching version numbers will be exported.

To export only finished topics

Click the corresponding Configuration tab.
Select AutoDocVersion Checks.
Clear the Export unfinished topics check box.
