1. Type the version information in the Version Specific box in the Topic Properties such as 3.1.1.1
2. You can type one of the following:
   • =3.1.1.1, to export the topic only to projects with matching version numbers.
   • +3.1, to export the topic also to all projects later than version 3.1.
   • -3.1, to export the topic also to all projects earlier than version 3.1.
3. Select the Apply project version number check box in the QuickDoc or the New Topic dialog.

1. Select [General Settings]General.
2. In the Project Version box, select a major and minor version numbers.

1. Click the corresponding Configuration tab.
2. Select AutoDocVersion Checks.
3. Select the Export topics with matching version information only check box. In this case all topics without attached version numbers and topics with matching version numbers will be exported.

Do one of the following:

• Select the Unfinished check box in the Topic Properties.
• Select the Mark as unfinished check box in the QuickDoc or the New Topic dialog.

1. Click the corresponding Configuration tab.
2. Select AutoDocVersion Checks.
3. Clear the Export unfinished topics check box.

• Select AutoDocExport.
• Clear the Do not export symbols without documentation check box.
