In order for Doc-O-Matic to build online Help systems it requires the Microsoft Help compilers available for Help 2 (both for Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2003) HTML Help and Windows Help.

VSHIK 2003 download page	The Help Compiler for Help 2 is part of the Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 .NET Help Integration Kit.
HTML Help Compiler	The HTML Help Compiler for HTML Help 1.x can be downloaded as part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop from msdn.microsoft.com.
